We receive your name, the role, the level, and scheduling details from the company or its applicant tracking system. That is all. We do not see your resume, your compensation, or your other interviews.
We look at a government-issued photo ID to confirm it matches the name we were given and the person in front of us, and we hand it straight back. We do not scan it, photograph it, copy it, or check it against any database. The report records only "confirmed" or "not confirmed".
The engineer takes written notes. The code you write is saved. There is no audio recording, no video, no screen capture, and no software watching your machine. If you bring your own laptop, we never touch it.
A written report goes to the company that booked the session. It contains structured observations on five dimensions, a short note from the engineer, and the identity-check result. It does not contain a hire or no-hire recommendation. The report, the notes, and your code are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
The report belongs to the company. You can ask them to share it with you. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and after the company's retention period you can ask us to delete it early.
If you need anything to do your best work, ask your recruiter or write to us directly before the session. We arrange it, and the request is not mentioned in the report.
